There are coin operated laundry facilities in the building.

Our monthly rent includes:

- hot & cold water

- sewage

- snow removal

- trash removal

- parking

- lawn care

Our residents are responsible to pay for their own electricity, heat, cable television, and internet. 

We are an animal friendly complex allowing one (1) animal per apartment up to twenty (20) pounds. There is a one-time animal fee ($100) and a monthly animal rent ($20). For further questions about our Animal Policy please contact us/
