Currently there are no available apartments within our Oxhaven/Juniper Hill communities. You may apply here to be placed on our waitlist. Once you have applied, please send an email to hello@oxhaven.com to let us know if you are interested in a one- or two-bedroom home. If your application is approved, we will keep it on file for six months and contact you once a unit becomes available to see if it meets your needs.

When we review your application, we look at the following information:

- Credit Score/Background
- Employment History (We prefer at least five years)
- Rental History (We prefer at least five years. Landlord cannot be a Family Member or Friend)
- Income should be at least three times the amount of rental charges.

The rent is as follows, but is subject to change and will increase annually on March 1st each year:

Oxhaven – 1 Bedroom starts at $1,070 * 2 Bedroom starts at $1,270

Juniper Hill – 1 Bedroom starts at $1,200 * 2 Bedroom starts at $1,400.

Included in your rent is:

- Heat
- Water
- Sewer
- Trash
- Snow Removal
- Lawn Care

Pet Friendly. 1 small pet (cat or dog) per unit, up to 20 pounds at maturity. There is a non-refundable $100 Pet Fee and $20 per month will be added to your rent for the Pet Rent.
